Effective date: May 12, 2026
Last updated: May 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Delage Media Group ("RNDV," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the RNDV mobile application (the "App"), the website at clubrndv.com (the "Site"), and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
RNDV is a location-aware social app. Members go "On the Air" to signal that they are at a real-world venue and open to meeting up. Because the Service revolves around your real-time location and the social context you build around it, this policy gives location data particular attention. Please read it carefully.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service.
1. Quick summary
We have written a plain-language summary so you can understand the most important points at a glance. The full policy below controls if there is any conflict.
- We collect what you give us (profile, photos, messages, the venues and people you save), what your device gives us (precise location while you are using location features, your APNs push token if you grant notification permission), and what we generate (your activity timeline, your friends and groups, your saved private locations, your block list).
- We use it to run the Service — to show you and other members where members are airing, to power notifications, to keep accounts and communications secure, and to improve the App.
- We share it sparingly: with other members based on the visibility scope you choose for each airing (Club, Private, or Group), with the third-party service providers that host and operate the Service (Supabase, Apple, MapTiler, Vercel, and Anthropic for the optional bio-generation feature), and when the law requires it.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not show advertising in RNDV.
- You are in control of your precise location: location features only work if you grant the App permission, and you can revoke that permission in iOS Settings at any time. You can block any member at any time; the block applies in both directions to every social surface in the App.
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the App (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion is immediate, comprehensive, and irreversible — see Section 12 for the full list of what is removed.
- RNDV is not for children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Who we are and how to reach us
The data controller for the Service is Delage Media Group ("we"). You can contact us about this policy or about your personal information at:
- Email: Privacy@clubrndv.com
- Web: https://www.delagemg.com
- Mailing address: Delage Media Group — Privacy Inquiries, c/o RNDV (please email us for the current mailing address before sending physical mail)
If you live in a U.S. state with specific privacy rights, see Section 13 for how to exercise them.
3. Eligibility and children's privacy
RNDV is intended for users 18 years of age and older. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. The App Store age rating reflects this.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a person under 18 has created an account, please contact us at Privacy@clubrndv.com and we will delete the account and the associated personal information.
We do not use personal information of users under 18 for targeted advertising or sale, and we do not engage in either of those practices for any user.
4. Information we collect
We collect three broad categories of information: information you provide, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
4.1 Information you provide
Account and profile information. When you sign up and complete your profile, we collect:
- Your name, date of birth, and email address
- A username you choose (a public handle, 3–20 lowercase letters, numbers, or underscores). Other members find you in the App by searching this handle exactly; it is the only field that operates as a public lookup key.
- Profile fields you choose to fill in, including occupation, occupation sub-category, neighborhood, bio, "here for," "working on," "matters to," Enneagram type, relationship status, and interests
- Your avatar photo
- Your Instagram handle (if you add one)
- Your founding-member status, Club membership status, member number, and member-since date
- Your notification and map-style preferences
Your bio can be either text you write yourself or text generated for you by the App's optional AI bio generator. When you ask the App to draft a bio, your name, date of birth (used to derive your age), occupation, "working on," and "matters to" fields are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing; the returned bio is stored as bio on your profile and is treated identically to a bio you wrote yourself. We never send other profile content (such as messages, photos, or location data) to the bio generator. See Section 8.2 for Anthropic's role as a service provider.
Content you create in the App. When you use the Service we collect:
- Airings ("RNDVs"). When you go On the Air at a venue we store the venue name, address, latitude and longitude, venue emoji, the activity you are doing, an optional activity emoji you pick, the visibility scope you select (Club, Private, or Group), the start time, any duration cap, and a venue radius used for arrival and exit detection.
- Scheduled RNDVs. The same venue and activity data, plus the time you scheduled and any duration cap.
- Proposed RNDVs (group polls). Venue, activity, scheduled time, the group you proposed to, and the votes cast.
- Direct messages and group chat. The content of messages you send, recipients, timestamps, and any rich-pill metadata (such as an invitation or proposal linkage). When you use "Delete for me" on a direct message we record a per-side deletion timestamp so the message is hidden from your view; the other party still sees the message until they delete their side. When you use "Hide for me" on a group-chat message we record one row indicating that you have hidden that message from your view; other group members are unaffected.
- Private locations. Addresses you save as private (for example, your home), with labels, street addresses, and coordinates, so that the App can prevent your Club airings near those locations.
- Favorite venues. Venues you save to your favorites list as a quick-pick when airing or scheduling. We store label, address, coordinates, emoji, and an optional per-venue radius. Favorites do not block any airings — they are a personal convenience list, distinct from private locations.
- Friendships and groups. Friend requests and acceptances, group memberships, and group metadata you create (group name, emoji).
- Blocked users. A list of the members you have chosen to block. Server-side rules use this list to hide blocked members from you (and you from them) on every social surface, including the map, also-here lists, messages, friend requests, invitations, the Club discovery deck, and notifications.
- Story photos tied to your presence at a venue, when you choose to publish one, and any waves you send to another member's airing.
Communications with us. If you email us for support, send feedback through the App, or otherwise correspond with us, we keep a record of that communication.
4.2 Information we collect automatically
When you use the App we automatically collect:
- Precise location. Latitude and longitude with the accuracy your device provides. See Section 5 for the full location-data section.
- Device information. A device push-notification token issued by Apple Push Notification service (APNs) once you grant notification permission. Standard HTTP request headers (such as your IP address and user-agent string) reach our backend providers as a normal byproduct of network connections; we do not separately log or analyze them. The App itself does not affirmatively collect your device model, OS version, language, or time zone.
- Crash and diagnostic data (from Apple, opt-in). If you have opted in under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share with App Developers, Apple aggregates anonymized crash logs and performance metrics from your device and shares them with us through App Store Connect. We do not associate these reports with your account, and we do not run our own in-app diagnostics SDK. If the iOS share-with-developers toggle is off, no diagnostic data flows to us at all.
- Service usage. Which features you use, the visibility scopes you choose, the friends and groups you create, and the timestamps of your airings. We use this to operate the Service and to understand which features are working.
- Club discovery impressions. When the Club tab surfaces another member's profile to you in the discovery deck, we record that you have seen that profile so we do not re-surface it. The record is keyed to your account and the shown profile's account; no behavioral signal beyond "shown" / "invited" is stored.
- Realtime channel state. While the App is in the foreground, your device maintains a Supabase Realtime websocket so messages, RNDVs, story photos, and proposals update without polling. The websocket carries only the same data described elsewhere in this policy — no separate telemetry stream.
- Web logs. When you visit the Site or open a Universal Link from the App, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs, including IP address, user-agent string, and the URL requested.
The Site does not currently set marketing cookies. Vercel may set strictly necessary cookies or tokens needed to serve the page; we do not place tracking or advertising cookies on the Site at this time.
4.3 Information from third parties
- Apple — Sign in with Apple. When you tap "Continue with Apple," your device generates a signed Apple identity token. The App forwards that token to our backend (Supabase Auth) for verification; we never see your Apple ID password. From the verified credential we receive a stable Apple-issued user identifier, your name (only on your first sign-in — subsequent sign-ins return only the identifier), and an email address that is either your real address or a private
*@privaterelay.appleid.comApple relay address, depending on which option you select. - Apple — Push Notification service (APNs). Once you grant notification permission, APNs assigns your device a push token that we store so we can deliver notifications you have opted into.
- Map data. Map tiles and basemap imagery are served by MapTiler. Address and venue lookups may use Apple MapKit. These providers may receive technical request information (such as IP address and tile coordinates) directly when your device fetches a tile.
- Instagram (Meta). If you share an RNDV Story card to Instagram, you initiate that share locally and Instagram receives the image you share. We do not receive information back from Instagram about who viewed or interacted with the story.
4.4 Device permissions
The App uses several iOS permissions, each of which you control and can revoke at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → RNDV:
- Camera. Used when you take a photo to attach to a Story tied to your airing. We access the camera only while the in-app capture screen is open and only for the photo you choose to keep. The resulting image is uploaded to our backend as part of the Story you publish.
- Photo Library — system picker, no permission requested. When you choose an existing image as your avatar or as a Story photo, the App presents the iOS system photo picker, which runs in a sandboxed system process outside of RNDV. RNDV does not request photo-library permission, does not see any photo other than the one you tap, and never browses or indexes your library. Only the specific image you select is returned to the App for upload.
- Location (Precise, While Using / Always). Used to power the map, your airings, and the geofence-driven arrival and exit-grace flows. See Section 5 for the full location section.
- Notifications. Used to deliver push notifications you have opted into and to schedule local prompts on your device. See Section 7.
- Sign in with Apple. Available as an alternative to email-and-password sign-in. iOS coordinates the authentication on your behalf. We receive only the information described in Section 4.3.
Granting any of these permissions is optional; declining will disable the feature that depends on it but will not, by itself, delete your account.
5. Location data — what we do with it and how to control it
Because location is the heart of the Service, this section gives precise detail about how we handle it.
5.1 What location data we collect
- Precise device location (latitude and longitude) while location features are active.
- Venue coordinates when you select a venue to air at or schedule to.
- Geofence enter/exit events. When you go On the Air, iOS registers a circular geofence at your venue. When you cross the boundary, iOS notifies the App with an enter or exit event. We use these events to drive arrival prompts and the 5-minute exit-grace flow described below.
- Saved private locations. Addresses and coordinates you explicitly add to your private-locations list.
5.2 When we collect it
We collect precise location only:
- While you are using the App ("When in Use" permission), to center the map, list nearby venues, and let you go On the Air.
- In the background, only if you grant the "Always" upgrade, to support arrival prompts for your scheduled RNDVs and the exit-grace flow that ends your airing if you leave the venue. Background location is strictly opt-in. We surface a value-proposition sheet that explains what the upgrade does before iOS shows you the system prompt.
You can change either permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → RNDV. Revoking permission will disable location-based features but will not, by itself, delete your account.
5.3 How we use it
We use location data only to provide the Service:
- To pin your airing to the venue you chose and to show it to the audience you chose (Club members, friends, or specific groups).
- To detect that you have arrived at a venue you previously scheduled to, so the App can prompt you (locally on your device) to air now.
- To detect that you have left a venue you are airing from, so the App can prompt you to confirm whether your airing should end.
- To prevent your Club airings within a 75-meter radius of any address on your private-locations list. This calculation happens to protect you; we do not advertise the distance number to other users.
- To resolve deep links and "bio links" to your currently active airing.
We do not sell your location data. We do not share your precise location with advertisers. We do not use your location to build advertising profiles. Our use of "Sensitive Personal Information" is limited to providing the Service, as described in Section 13.
5.4 Visibility of your location to other users
The visibility scope you choose for each airing controls who sees that airing on the map:
- Club (Open): visible to all Club members.
- Private: visible only to your accepted friends.
- Group: visible only to members of the specific group(s) you target.
Your saved private locations are visible only to you. Other users do not see the existence, label, or coordinates of your private locations. They are stored to allow the App to apply the 75-meter Club gating rule.
5.5 How long we keep location data
- Active airings: for as long as the airing is active and for the historical record on your profile (your RNDV count and history).
- Completed airings: retained as part of your account history until you delete your account or delete the individual record. We may retain venue coordinates on completed-airing rows in order to compute your lifetime activity count and venue-overlap signals with friends.
- Scheduled RNDVs: until they are cancelled, expire unconverted, or are converted into a live airing.
- Geofence events are processed in memory and on the row representing your active airing; we do not maintain a separate, persistent log of every enter/exit crossing.
- Saved private locations: until you delete them.
- Saved favorite venues: until you remove them from your favorites list.
You can ask us to delete location data tied to your account at any time. See Sections 12 and 13.
6. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the Service — show the map, run the airing and scheduling features, deliver messages and notifications, render Live Activities, and serve deep links.
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Personalize the App — show the map style you chose, the activity emoji you picked, and the friends and groups you joined.
- Enforce visibility and permission rules, including the Club / Private / Group scope on each airing and the 75-meter private-location gate.
- Send notifications you have opted into, including arrival prompts, exit-grace prompts, invitations, group activity, and friend requests. See Section 7.
- Communicate with you about the Service, including security alerts, account notices, and changes to this policy.
- Improve the Service — analyze how features are used, debug issues, and prioritize what to build next.
- Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms — investigate fraud, harassment, impersonation, or other policy violations.
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not use your personal information to make legally significant decisions about you using solely automated processing.
7. Push notifications and in-app messages
If you grant the App permission to send notifications, we register your device's APNs token and use it to deliver notifications you have opted into. Your per-type notification preferences are stored on your profile (notification_prefs) and the server respects them when sending pushes — if you have opted a type off, we suppress that notification on the server side.
Some prompts are local notifications triggered on your device, not pushed by us — for example the exit-grace prompt and the scheduled-arrival prompt. These do not transmit data over the network when they fire; they are scheduled by the App using information already on your device.
You can disable all notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
8. How we share information
We share personal information only as described below.
8.1 With other users
Other RNDV users see information you have made visible to them:
- Your username is a public handle. Any signed-in member can look you up by typing your exact username; we do not support partial or wildcard search, so usernames cannot be enumerated. Your invite link (
https://clubrndv.com/f/{your-account-id}) and your QR code resolve to the same lookup path. - Your profile is visible to other members in contexts where you co-present (for example, the "Also Here" list at a venue), in the Club discovery deck, and in friend and group surfaces.
- Your airings are visible to the audience scope you select on each airing.
- Your messages are visible to the people you send them to (one-on-one in DMs, all group members in group chats).
- Your friend connections and group memberships may be inferred by other members where the App surfaces them (for example, friend halos on map pins).
- Avatar and Story photos are uploaded to our object storage with non-guessable URLs. Anyone who has the full URL can fetch the image bytes; the database row that links a photo to a Story is filtered by the visibility rules above before any URL is exposed inside the App. Don't share the raw image URLs anywhere you wouldn't share the photo itself.
Information you choose to keep private — including your saved private locations, your saved favorite venues, your date of birth, your email address, and the list of members you have blocked — is not shown to other users.
Effect of blocking. Members you have blocked do not see you anywhere in the App, and you do not see them. The block applies to map pins and clusters, also-here lists, the Club discovery deck, friend requests in both directions, RNDV invitations, group chat membership additions, story photos, waves, and push notifications. Existing friendships and direct relationships are dissolved automatically when you block. The list of members you have blocked is visible only to you, under Profile → Blocked Users.
8.2 With service providers
We use a small number of vendors to operate the Service. They process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Supabase, Inc. — our backend platform. Supabase hosts the PostgreSQL database, authentication (including verification of Apple Sign-in tokens), file storage, real-time messaging, and the edge functions that power the App. Personal information you store in the App is stored on Supabase infrastructure (which in turn runs on commercial cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services).
- Apple Inc. — operates the Apple Push Notification service, Sign in with Apple, the App Store, and the App Store crash-and-performance reporting pipeline (see Section 4.2). Apple also provides system frameworks (Core Location, MapKit, ActivityKit, the system photo picker) that surface data on your device.
- Anthropic, PBC — provides the Claude language model that powers the App's optional bio generator. When you tap "Generate bio," our backend forwards your name, age (derived from your date of birth), occupation, "working on," and "matters to" fields to Anthropic's API; Anthropic processes the inputs to draft a short bio and returns the text, which we store on your profile. We do not send your messages, photos, location, friend list, or any other content to Anthropic. Anthropic's API terms govern how they handle these inputs; as of the effective date of this policy, Anthropic's terms state that API inputs are not used to train Anthropic's models.
- MapTiler AG — serves vector map tiles for the App's primary basemap. Tile requests originate from your device and include the tile coordinates and request metadata (such as IP address).
- Vercel Inc. — hosts the public website at
clubrndv.com, the Apple App Site Association file used for Universal Links, the bio-link landing page (/u/{userId}), the friend-invite landing page (/f/{userId}), and the Story-card landing pages. Vercel records standard request logs. - Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram). Only invoked when you choose to share an RNDV Story card to Instagram from inside the App; you control whether to share.
8.3 For legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, a subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
- Enforce our Terms of Service;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of RNDV, our users, or the public;
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
Where lawful and practical, we will attempt to notify you of legal demands targeting your account.
8.4 In a business transfer
If RNDV or Delage Media Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy, or we will notify you so you can make choices about your information.
8.5 With your direction
We may share information with third parties when you direct us to — for example, sharing a Story card to Instagram or sharing a deep link to your active airing.
8.6 De-identified or aggregated information
We may create and share information that is aggregated or otherwise no longer reasonably identifiable to you. We do not attempt to re-identify such information.
9. We do not sell your information; no targeted advertising
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not show advertisements in RNDV.
This applies to all categories of personal information we collect, including precise geolocation and the contents of your communications, which are designated Sensitive Personal Information under California law.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active, for as long as needed to provide the Service, or for as long as required by law. Specifically:
- Profile information (including your username) is retained until you delete your account, or until you change a given field. Usernames you release by changing them become available for other members to claim.
- Airings (completed and active) and scheduled RNDVs are retained as part of your account history; you may delete individual records, and account deletion removes them.
- Messages are retained until you OR the other party deletes their half of the conversation, until both halves are deleted, or until either account is deleted. Direct-message half-deletions are stored as a per-side timestamp; group-chat hides are stored as a per-viewer hide record.
- Saved private locations and saved favorite venues are retained until you remove them.
- Blocks are retained until you unblock the user.
- Diagnostic and log data (Vercel request logs) is typically retained for a limited period (generally 30–90 days) and then deleted or de-identified. The Apple-mediated crash-and-performance pipeline described in Section 4.2 retains data under Apple's own retention schedule, not ours.
- Legal-hold or fraud-prevention records may be retained longer where the law requires or permits.
You can request deletion of your account and the personal information tied to it at any time (see Section 12). Some information may be retained in backups for a limited period after deletion before it is overwritten in the normal course of backup rotation.
11. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where supported by our backend providers, row-level security on the database to enforce per-user data isolation, and access controls. Sign in with Apple and email-based authentication are handled through Supabase Auth.
No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and any credentials (passwords, magic-link emails) safe. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us at Privacy@clubrndv.com.
12. Your choices and controls
You have meaningful controls over your data inside the App and on your device:
- Profile data: edit or remove most profile fields from the Profile tab → Edit Profile. Your username can be changed there too, subject to availability, format rules (3–20 lowercase letters, numbers, or underscores), and our content guidelines.
- Location permission: change "When in Use" / "Always" / off at any time in iOS Settings.
- Notifications: turn types on or off in the App's notification preferences, and disable all notifications in iOS Settings.
- Friends: remove friends from the friends list. You can also share your invite link or QR code to be added by exact lookup.
- Groups: leave groups, or delete groups you created.
- Private locations: add and remove saved private locations from Profile → Private Locations.
- Favorite venues: add and remove saved favorites from Profile → Favorite Locations.
- Visibility scope on each airing: chosen at the time you go On the Air or schedule an RNDV.
- Direct messages: long-press a direct message and tap Delete for me to hide it from your view. The other party still sees the message on their side until they take the same action.
- Group chat: long-press a group message and tap Hide for me to remove it from your view. Other members of the group are unaffected.
- Block: tap Block on any member's profile sheet to remove them from your experience in both directions. Manage your block list under Profile → Blocked Users; tap Unblock to restore mutual visibility.
- Sign-in method: use Continue with Apple to sign in without an email password. You can also use the email-and-password flow.
- Account deletion (in-app): tap Profile → Delete Account. We confirm before proceeding. On confirmation we permanently delete your profile, airings, scheduled RNDVs, direct messages and group messages you sent, story photos, avatar, saved private and favorite locations, friendships, group memberships, groups you created (and all their messages), blocks, and your sign-in credentials. This action is immediate and irreversible. Backups may retain some information for a limited period before being overwritten in the normal course of backup rotation.
- Account deletion (email path): if you cannot use the in-app option (for example, you have lost access to the device), email Privacy@clubrndv.com from the address on your account. We will verify your identity before completing the request.
13. Your U.S. state privacy rights
13.1 California (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described below. To exercise them, email Privacy@clubrndv.com from the email associated with your account, or contact us as described in Section 2. We will verify your request before completing it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Categories of personal information we collect (California categories under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140):
- Identifiers: name, username, email (your real address or an Apple private-relay address), account ID, member number, device identifiers (APNs push token), and the Apple-issued user identifier if you sign in with Apple.
- Customer records: profile information you provide.
- Characteristics of protected classifications: age (from date of birth). We do not request other protected-class data.
- Commercial information: Club membership status.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: App usage interactions, feature engagement.
- Geolocation data, including precise geolocation: your device location while location features are active, venue coordinates, geofence events, saved private-location coordinates.
- Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information: your avatar and any Story photos.
- Professional or employment-related information: occupation, occupation sub-category, "working on" (only what you choose to share).
- Inferences: limited inferences such as venue affinities and friend graph signals derived from the data above.
Sources of personal information: you, your device, and the limited third parties listed in Section 4.3.
Business or commercial purposes for collection: providing and securing the Service, communicating with you, improving the Service, and the other purposes described in Section 6.
Categories disclosed to third parties in the previous 12 months: identifiers, customer records, internet activity, and geolocation, disclosed to the service providers in Section 8.2 for the purpose of operating the Service. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the previous 12 months and we do not do so today.
Sensitive Personal Information. California treats precise geolocation and the contents of mail, email, and text messages as Sensitive Personal Information. We collect both for the limited purposes described in this policy — operating the Service — and we do not use or disclose them for any purpose that would trigger your right to limit such use under CPRA § 1798.121.
Your rights:
- Right to know / access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete: you may delete your account and the personal information tied to it at any time directly inside the App (Profile → Delete Account). This is immediate. You can also email Privacy@clubrndv.com if you cannot use the in-app option, subject to permitted exceptions (legal compliance, security, fraud prevention).
- Right to correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. Because we already limit our use of Sensitive PI to providing the Service, this right is effectively already in place for RNDV.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information; there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not display a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link because the underlying activity does not occur.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will require proof that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Retention. See Section 10. We do not retain personal information for longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes.
13.2 Minnesota (Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act)
If you are a Minnesota resident, the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act ("MCDPA") gives you rights to:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access the personal data we process about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing;
- Delete personal data concerning you;
- Obtain a portable copy of the personal data you previously provided to us, to the extent technically feasible;
- Opt out of (i) the sale of personal data, (ii) targeted advertising, and (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. RNDV does not engage in any of these practices, so there is nothing to opt out of;
- Question profiling decisions. If we were to make a decision about you based on solely automated profiling that produced a legal or similarly significant effect, you would have the right to be informed of the reasons that contributed to the decision, the kind of personal data used, and how to contest the decision. We do not currently make such decisions;
- Obtain a list of the specific third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal data (or, at our option, to whom we have disclosed any consumer's personal data);
- Appeal a refusal to take action on a request within a reasonable period after our response.
To exercise any of these rights, email Privacy@clubrndv.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.
13.3 Other U.S. state privacy rights (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others)
If you are a resident of another U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — including Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MTCDPA), and similar laws as they take effect — you generally have rights to:
- Access the personal data we process about you;
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
- Delete personal data we have collected from you, subject to exceptions in the applicable law;
- Portability — obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format, to the extent technically feasible;
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain types of profiling. RNDV does not engage in any of these activities, so there is nothing to opt out of.
You may also have a right to appeal a denial of your request. To appeal, reply to our response email within a reasonable period and we will provide a written explanation of any actions taken or not taken.
To submit a request, email Privacy@clubrndv.com. We will verify your request before fulfilling it, typically by asking you to confirm control of the email address on the account.
