How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and complete — your profile, airings, messages, photos, and personal data are erased. This cannot be undone.

How do I report or block another member?

You can report any member or piece of content from where you see it: open a profile and tap Report, or long-press a message or story photo and choose Report. Blocking is available in the same places.

Reports go straight to our team and are reviewed within 24 hours. We can remove content, suspend, or permanently ban members who break our community standards.

Who can use RNDV?

RNDV is a members club for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We confirm date of birth at sign-up, and accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.

How do you handle my location and privacy?

Your location is only shared when you choose to go on the air, and only with the audience you pick — the whole club, just your friends, or specific groups. You can save private addresses so airings near them are blocked automatically.

We don't sell your data, run third-party ads, or use trackers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How does membership billing work?

RNDV has a free tier and a paid membership (Club RNDV). Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. See our Terms of Service for full billing terms.

I'm meeting someone from RNDV. Any safety advice?

Meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, don't share sensitive information with people you don't know well, and trust your instincts. In an emergency, contact local authorities. More in our Terms of Service.
